removeOrders

去除hql的orderby 子句，用于pagedQuery.

Parameters:

sql - sql语句

Returns:

去掉order后的sql语句

isIncludeDistinct

public static boolean isIncludeDistinct(String sql)

是否包含Distinct

Parameters:

sql - sql语句

Returns:

包含Distinct返回true，否则返回false
