notEmpty

Assert that a string is not empty, it must not be null and it must not be empty.

Parameters:

string - the object to check

message - the exception message to use if the assertion fails

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if the object is null or the underlying string is empty

notNull

public static void notNull(Object object,
                           String message)

Assert that an object is not null .

Parameters:

object - the object to check

message - the exception message to use if the assertion fails

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if the object is null

notEmpty

public static void notEmpty(Object[] array,
                            String message)

Assert that an array has elements; that is, it must not be null and must have at least one element.

Parameters:

array - the array to check

message - the exception message to use if the assertion fails
