DoubleKeyMap<Key1,Key2,Value>	Sometimes we need to map a key to a value but key is two pieces of data.
FastQueue<T>	A queue that can dequeue and get(i) in O(1) and grow arbitrarily large.
IntArray	A dynamic array that uses int not Integer objects.
