Init record from stream

Parameters:

leis - the little endian input stream

dataSize - the size limit for this record

recordId - the id of the HemfPlusRecordType

flags - the record flags

Returns:

count of processed bytes

Throws:

java.io.IOException - when the inputstream is malformed

draw
